Karkhanaio Secures $63M Funding Boost from Arkam and Susquehanna Asia

The custom manufacturing platform, Karkhana.io, has raised $6.3 million in a Series A funding round led by Arkam Ventures and Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital. The funding will be used to expand the supplier base, establish a robust electronics supply chain, and drive scaling efforts in the US and Europe.

India’s manufacturing sector is expected to be worth $1 trillion by 2025-26, and Karkhana.io aims to play a pivotal role in achieving this goal through its tech-enabled platform. The platform provides sourcing and contract manufacturing solutions to OEMs and tech companies, connecting them with a network of over 400 MSMEs in India.

Karkhana.io aims to empower over 3,000 MSME suppliers in the next three years. The company’s platform offers flexible and scalable solutions for contract manufacturing in various product categories, addressing the lack of standardization and transparency in procurement processes.
