Xerox has announced its backing of Myriad Venture Partners, an AI-focused venture capital firm, which has secured $100m in initial capital commitments from investors. The firm is targeting a total of $200m in commitments for Fund I. Myriad’s Advisory Council includes corporate partners Xerox and HCLTech. The fund has already invested in 14 AI, clean tech, and B2B software companies.
Myriad Venture Partners is an early-stage venture firm that focuses on investing in businesses in the areas of artificial intelligence, clean technology, and B2B software. It has launched with an initial capital of $100m. Xerox, a global leader in document technology and services, is one of the anchor investors in Myriad. Xerox’s Chief Transformation and Administrative Officer Louie Pastor said that Xerox’s partnership with Myriad will help it to integrate best-in-class technology solutions into its commercial offerings and increase productivity and efficiency. Other investors in Myriad include HCLTech. Myriad Venture Partners will help support LinkSquares in go-to-market strategy and execution, as well as aid in the continuous enhancement of the LinkSquares’ legal technology capabilities and offerings.
