Seed investments remained the predominant type of investment in the Polish market, accounting for 380 transactions in 2023. However, there was an increase in Series A rounds and a decrease in Series B rounds compared to the previous year. The report also noted that money from VC funds most often went to companies in the healthcare innovation sector.
