In a recent article, it was reported that TriLite, the developer of the world’s smallest projection display, has successfully completed an extended Series A funding round, raising its total Series A funding to more than €20 million. This funding round included significant investments from Continental’s Corporate Venture Capital Unit and an undisclosed global electronics supplier for TriLite’s Trixel® 3 projection display.

The involvement of these strategic investors is expected to further accelerate TriLite’s go-to-market success in both the augmented reality (AR) and automotive markets. Continental’s Managing Director of the Corporate Venture Capital Unit, Jürgen Bilo, expressed high value in TriLite’s innovative technology and potential applications in various automotive uses.

Existing financial investors APEX Ventures, B&C Innovation Investments, and TEC Ventures also participated in this round, showcasing their continued support and confidence in TriLite’s business strategy and technological advancements.
