Ravi Kaushik appointed as Asia Investments Head at Flourish Ventures

Flourish Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, has appointed Ravi Kaushik as the Executive Director and Head of Asia Investments. Kaushik, who previously served as the CFO of Agro.Club, brings over 15 years of experience in operating and full-cycle investing across venture capital and private equity. His appointment comes as Flourish Ventures secured a new commitment of $350 million last year, bringing its total patient capital under management to $850 million.

In a statement, Tilman Ehrbeck, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Flourish Ventures, highlighted Kaushik’s experience in growing and scaling tech companies, underscoring the value he will bring to the team and portfolio. Kaushik expressed excitement about joining Flourish Ventures and expanding the firm’s presence in Southeast Asia and India, citing the growth potential of the regions and the power of technology to drive scale.

This announcement marks the fourth new hire on Flourish Ventures’ global investment team this year, as the firm continues to focus on fintech investments and portfolio management in high-growth markets. With Kaushik’s expertise, Flourish Ventures is poised to strengthen its position in the Asia market and support founders in navigating their startup journeys.
