IvyCap Ventures Raises ₹2,100 Crore in Third Fund Close

Approximately 60% of the funding came from institutional investors, 20% from IIT alumni, and 20% from family offices. With the third fund, IvyCap Ventures plans to invest in about 25 companies at Series A, with an average initial investment ranging from ₹30 to ₹50 crore. The firm’s portfolio includes companies like Celcius, Agraga, Eggoz, and more. The new fund also marks IvyCap Ventures’ entry into seed-stage investments, aiming to support startups at early stages. The firm has had successful exits from investments like Purplle, with expectations for more significant exits in the future. IvyCap Ventures has a diversified portfolio across sectors like HealthTech, ConsumerTech, DeepTech, FinTech, EdTech, and emerging sectors like AgriTech and SpaceTech.
