Hyderabad Angels Injects INR 150 Cr into 20 Game-Changing Startups

VC firm Hyderabad Angels has launched its maiden venture capital fund with a total corpus of Rs 150 crore ($21 million). The fund, which also has a green-shoe option of Rs 50 crore ($7 million), aims to invest up to Rs 5 crore ($700,000) across 20 disruptive startups that are focused on scaling with technology and AI. The firm plans to create a dynamic, collaboration-driven platform where founders can receive financial backing and tap into the wisdom of accomplished limited partners who are successful entrepreneurs themselves. The fund already has successful entrepreneurs and business leaders from various sectors as limited partners. The firm intends to harness the potential of funds, direct engagement with industry leaders, and the vibrant startup ecosystem in Hyderabad.
