The fund received investments from domestic institutional investors and family offices, as well as international investors. Filter Capital plans to deploy its capital across four to six additional companies, with a focus on software services-linked businesses.

The firm’s co-founder, Nitin Nayar, highlighted the importance of leading growth-stage rounds in technology-led businesses to support India’s tech ecosystem. Filter Capital’s sector focus includes Software as a Service (SaaS), technology services, AI-driven solutions, and data engineering.
