CloudTalk provides a VoIP business calling solution that is used by customer service and sales teams. The solution automates workflows and provides managers with built-in analytics to optimize performance and increase efficiency. With over 70 features and integrations with CRMs and helpdesk tools, CloudTalk collects, centralizes, and processes all calling data, allowing users to customize their CX to their business’s exact needs. The company currently employs over 140 people.

This funding will help CloudTalk expand its market presence and improve its product offerings. The AI-powered calling solution has already proven to be effective in improving customer service and sales operations. With the additional funding, CloudTalk can continue to enhance its technology and provide even better solutions for its users.
