The CEO of ad agency Claxon, Daniel Willis, has launched a new venture capital and growth advisory firm called One03 Ventures. The firm will provide venture capital and growth advisory services to Australian businesses and brands with annual revenue between $2.5 million and $25 million. Willis has been joined by partners Jade Axford and Danny Molyneux in creating One03. The trio will continue to serve in their current roles at Claxon while also working with One03. The focus of One03 Ventures will be to help startups move from the startup phase to the scale-up phase of their growth. Willis stated that true commercial success lies in the ability to grow and scale, and that One03 will work with founders to unlock their true potential and prevent them from getting stuck in the early stages of their entrepreneurial journey.
