Reken, an artificial intelligence (AI)-defense cybersecurity company, has raised $10 million in seed funding despite not revealing its product. The funding, which was led by Greycroft and FPV Ventures, will be used for further research and development of the undisclosed product. Reken aims to address the problem that AI is evolving faster than our ability to defend against its adversarial use. The company plans to build a layered platform defense to detect deepfakes and other forms of malicious AI content.
