Breaking: Heart Aerospace Secures $107M in Record-Breaking Funding Round

In a recent press release, it was announced that Heart Aerospace, a Swedish company developing electric aircraft for regional travel, has raised $107 million in Series B funding. This funding round brings Heart Aerospace’s total financing raised to $145 million. Notable investors in this round include Sagitta Ventures, Air Canada, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, European Innovation Council Fund, EQT Ventures, Lowercarbon Capital, Norrsken VC, United Airlines, and Y Combinator. Heart Aerospace’s mission is to create the world’s greenest, most affordable, and most accessible form of transport. The funding will be used to further develop their electric aircraft technology.

The Goodwin team, led by Craig Schmitz, Scott French, Monica Devlin, and Rachel Qi, provided legal advice to Heart Aerospace during this funding round.
