Alumis Dominates Big Biotech: Top 10 Weekly Funding Rounds

Alumis secured $259 million in Series C funding, making it the largest biotech raise of the year so far. Axonius, a cybersecurity and SaaS asset management startup, also saw a significant funding round with a $200 million Series E extension. Other notable biotech companies that received substantial funding included Sionna Therapeutics with $182 million in Series C, and Rakuten Medical with $119 million in Series E.

Additionally, Claroty, a security company, received $100 million in funding, while RapidSOS, a public safety company, raised $75 million. Overjet, an artificial intelligence dental platform, secured $53.2 million, and Dtex Systems, a cybersecurity company focused on insider threats, raised $50 million. Lastly, Argonaut Manufacturing Services, a manufacturing firm serving biopharma and life sciences industries, received $45 million in funding.
