Endrock Growth and Analytics, a Miami-based consumer analytics and data intelligence agency, has been acquired by Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth marketing firm based in San Diego. The founder of Endrock, Ned MacPherson, will become Chief Growth Officer at Power Digital. The exact purchase price was not disclosed.
DealPulse, a company owned by Maker5 Venture Studio, has announced its intention to acquire Matterhorn Transactions, a provider of deal analytics. The acquisition will enable DealPulse to build structured datasets from internal documents of law firms, eliminating concerns about sharing client data with third-party solutions.
Bird Global, an e-scooter company based in Miami, may auction parts of its business as a way to pay off its debt. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and creditors have agreed to acquire the company in about 90 days.
Venture Miami is hosting The Pickle Games, a pickleball tournament benefiting the Venture Miami Scholarship Fund. The fund provides tuition support to City of Miami residents accepted into STEM or defined-demand occupation programs at participating colleges and universities.
