Mumbai-based venture capital firm 100X.VC has invested $2.7 million in 17 startups as part of its 11th cohort. The fund, sponsored by Mehta Ventures, has made a total of 161 investments since its inception in 2019. Utilizing iSAFE notes, the firm selected these startups from a pool of over 1,500 companies in eight different Indian cities. Each startup in the cohort will receive Rs 1.25 crore investment and mentorship to improve their product and Go-To-Market strategies. The portfolio of chosen startups covers a variety of sectors such as B2B SaaS, Healthtech, ClimateTech, and Food & Beverage.
The new cohort was unveiled at a VC Pitch Day in Mumbai and attended by over 400 investors, including HNIs, Family Offices, Venture Capital Funds, and Corporations. Founded by Sanjay Mehta, Ninad Karpe, Shashank Randev, Yagnesh Sanghrajka, and Vatsal Kanakiya, 100X.VC is a sector-agnostic fund that focuses on early-stage startups.
