Venture Capital Fund Caret Capital Launches Accelerator Program

Caret Capital recently announced the launch of Caret360 Accelerator, a 100-day Outcome-Focused program for Early-Stage Startups. The selected startups will have access to up to Rs. 3 crore in investments, along with deep-engaged mentoring from industry leaders. Prajakt Raut, Managing Partner of Caret Capital, expressed excitement about empowering early-stage startups with both capital and valuable mentorship.

The program also offers startups assisted access to Caret’s community of CXOs from leading corporations, providing them with networking opportunities and additional support. The accelerator has a focus on three key areas outlined by Caret Capital – smart mobility, distribution/supply chain, and employment/employability.

One key element of the Caret360 Accelerator is its rigorous selection process, which involves multiple stakeholders, including other VCs, corporates, and domain experts. Only 1% of start-ups that apply are selected to participate in the program. Past cohort companies like Celcius Logistics and Just Deliveries have successfully raised follow-on capital from Caret Capital and other prominent VCs.

Caret Capital, known as a sustainability fund, invests across Mobility, Distribution, and Employment sectors. Through the Caret360 program, startups like Stylumia, Unstop, Omnivio, and others are transforming various aspects of the value chain, such as demand forecasting, asset-light supply chain solutions, and rural logistics consolidation.

Overall, Caret Capital’s initiative aims to bridge the gap between startups and industries, providing crucial support, funding, and mentorship to foster innovation and success in the Indian startup ecosystem.
