Azara AI, a Singapore-based startup, raised USD 1 million from investors including Iterative VC and Dave McClure for their AI deployment solutions. Datarize, a CRM marketing solutions provider in South Korea, secured USD 11 million in a Series B round led by Atinum Investment. DeepX, a South Korean AI chipmaker, completed a Series C round with USD 80.5 million from SkyLake Equity Partners.
Tjufoo and Sinbad have agreed to merge and form Horizon Group, targeting the consumer goods industry in Indonesia. Pharmacity, a pharmacy chain in Vietnam, reportedly raised funding from Avenue Capital Group. Mellow Energy, a Chinese company producing perovskite solar cells, raised an undisclosed sum in a pre-Series A round led by Huajin Capital. Venturi Partners purchased a 5.12% stake in K12 Techno Services for INR 2.25 billion, joining existing shareholders.
