Calling all women entrepreneurs: Join our tech venture accelerator now

A statewide program called TechSource, which focuses on commercialization and funding for women-owned businesses, has begun accepting applications. The Tech Venture Accelerator for Women is offered to technology-startup entrepreneurs who are women, as well as women-identifying, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals. The program aims to assist emerging companies in Colorado’s advanced industries by helping them overcome hurdles to accelerate growth and development. The program offers specialized expertise and assistance through federal and state innovation grants, as well as access to consulting tailored to the needs and stage of each venture. The new cohort will consist of ten innovative women-owned science and technology businesses. In addition to virtual sessions, each participating business will receive customized consulting in areas such as market research, customer discovery, and non-dilutive sources of funding. The cost to participate in the program will be fully offset for accepted businesses due to the Federal and State Technology Partnership grant that funds the program.
