F7 Ventures, an early-stage venture firm founded by seven ex-Facebook female leaders, has announced two new hires. Kelly Rodgers has been appointed as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), while Amanda Harder has been named the firm’s Chief of Staff. As an EIR, Kelly Rodgers will provide strategic guidance and support to F7 Ventures portfolio companies. She will be responsible for helping portfolio companies develop and scale their products, as well as advising on strategic initiatives.

Amanda Harder, F7 Ventures’ new Chief of Staff, will oversee the operational and administrative functions of the firm. Harder has a background in operations and project management, having previously worked at Airbnb and Facebook. She will be responsible for streamlining operations, managing internal processes, and supporting the firm’s investment activities.

F7 Ventures is committed to investing in diverse founders and supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs.
