TechCrunch has announced the hiring of Marina Temkin to join their team and cover venture capital firms and startups. Temkin brings with her three years of experience at Pitchbook where she was based in San Francisco. Prior to that, she worked with Venture Capital Journal, reporting on the VC industry. Her background also includes roles as a financial analyst and reporter with Mergermarket in both New York and San Francisco. Temkin holds a CFA charter and earned an economics degree from the University of California, Davis, as well as attending the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.
