IIM Lucknow is set to launch an Early Stage Venture Capital – Angel Investing Certification Program. The program, scheduled for April 6 and 7, 2024, at the IIM Lucknow EIC (Noida) campus, is tailored for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Chartered Accountants (CAs), Family Offices, and Startup Mentors. The aim of the program is to help participants understand the startup investing landscape and opportunities for wealth creation.

The program has been developed by startup experts from India Accelerator and faculty members of IIM Lucknow. It will offer in-depth insights on a variety of topics, including startup evaluation, investment thesis, valuation models, network & syndicates, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), portfolio management, taxation, legal framework, and exit strategies.

Overall, the Early Stage Venture Capital – Angel Investing Certification Program at IIM Lucknow aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the startup ecosystem and equip them with the necessary knowledge and tools to make informed investment decisions in early-stage ventures.
