- Ran Ding has been promoted to General Partner and Co-Head of the Growth Equity Team. Ding will help to drive the firm’s growth equity investment practice alongside other senior partners.
- Matthew De Dominicis has been promoted to Administrative Partner and CFO. In addition to overseeing the firm’s finance, tax, and operations functions, De Dominicis will now also lead the HR, IT, Facilities, and Data Science teams.
- Nikhil Kookada has been promoted to Principal. Kookada joined Norwest in 2018 and has been a key leader of the India team, managing investments in 10 portfolio companies.
